Description
RH5350 - 70 two-component liquid silicone rubber is a kind of addition-cured silicone. It can be used for mold making for adult toys, artificial prosthesis, fake human breast, making soft silicone rubber products like human body shape, bra pads, diving glasses, shoulder pads, patch, anti-slip mat, baby nipples, pacifiers making and also can be used for pouring material for electronic and electrical parts, etc.

Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
A mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Vulcanisation: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure
Application
Rui-He® RH5350 - 70 are mainly used for Breast enhancer, body organ, sex dolls, sex toys, silicone prostheses, silicone mask, ultra-realistic replicas of the face, silicone fake skin, silicone animatronic skin, silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, etc.

Rui-He RH5350 - 70 Liquid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, MSDS, LFGB, ETC.
Packaging & Storage
- RH5350 - 70 is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
Performance Testing
RUI-HE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. The material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.
Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in the process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.
