- Product Description RUI - HE® 6250-50 A/B is a two-part, platinum curable, liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
- This silicone rubber is particularly developed for the manufacturing of baby nipples and bottles with high transparence, tensile and tear strength.
- All LSR are platinum cured materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Operation instruction
Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.

- RH6250-50 is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
